And there is so much bias that top 100 players would rather go to mediocre programs like ole miss instead of clemson just because they are in the sec. Soon players will be choosing Kentucky and Vanderbilt too.

Maybe it is bias,but of these top 100 players,if you couldn't go to Clemson where would you rather play;Ole Miss or Miami,Kentucky or Syracuse,Miss St. or Pitt,Ga Tech or Vandy?
Beyond Clemson,and our main rival,FSU,the ACC hasn't had much to crow about this season.

As a South Carolina fan...

I agree...that Clemson and FSU are really the only competition to SEC schools.

I have been to a lot of Clemson games (whole family except my dad) are Clemson fans/alum.

Beautiful campus. It is a good school (stupid "farmer" jokes withheld).

FSU is a big "party" school.

But seriously, a lot of ACC schools just do not have attractive campuses compared to some of the SEC schools (if you are a southerner)..

Would you want to go to school at Va Tech if you were an 18 year old?

Personally I don't understand why a recruit would go to lower tier SEC team over a top program in another conference, but i don't blame them for choosing a lower tier SEC team over a lower tier team from another conference.

The SEC is way more than just hype. I know most people on Tigernet will never admit it, but the SEC is far and away the best conference, and it's not just Alabama like some people try to claim. Sure the conference gets shoved down our throat by the media, but they are just in it for the tv ratings and the SEC sells right now.
