to see Miami players and coaches mouthing with opposing players prior to their game today.

Still the most undisciplined and crass team in college football.

Not really surprising regardless of the teams. Seems to be normal procedure. Refs could keep that in check if they wanted to. Eject a few people and you will have some model citizens. No repercussions so it becomes the routine.

Refs need to warn the teams in warmups if they start, tell them there will be severe consequences if it continues. Penalties and ejections. Start with the coaches by letting them know exactly what will happen. Football is almost getting to the point of being unwatchable.

All that refs say to other teams is that it’s okay with them if they hold against Clemson’s D-line on every play.

100% agree. Sadly, the mouthiness has infected most all sports. The refs and other officials could potentially stop most of it, especially in football, if they would penalize players, teams, and coaches. But the 'U' is at the top of the heap for sure.
