Why does people in the Iptay office not answer their phones and will not call you back. Does any one have that trouble. I have call many times and have never got anyone or have them to call me back

I have called IPTAY a number of times through the years. I always "wait for the next available agent".
Yeah, sometimes it takes a while, but I have always gotten the answer I was looking for. My gripe would be that they need more people taking the calls, so we won't have to wait so long.
