That last sentence caught my attention. Now i don't know if this guy has any legit info but interesting he should mention that.



"Is there a hotter team down the backstretch of this recruiting cycle than Miami? The month of December has brought six new commits highlighted by four four-stars and five-star offensive tackle Samson Okunlola. As great as the class is, Clemson is just two spots behind the Canes at No. 8 nationally. Can the Tigers finish with the top class in the ACC? No.

Miami swiped one away from Florida on Sunday night landing four-star tailback Mark Fletcher.

If Damari Brown doesn’t roll with the Tide, expect the four-star cornerback to stay local with Miami. Brown visited Miami over the weekend along with older brother Davonte, a safety from UCF who is in the transfer portal.

Louisville four-star linebacker commit Stanquan Clark is a possible flip candidate, although a low percentage possibility, but anything can happen.

As for Clemson, the rest of its recruiting class appears to be coming from the transfer portal."

WOW! Just to think--the new Miami head coach is 67-67 in 12 years! That is awesome. What an honor to play for a .500 coach.

Yeah, but it's the football tradition of the institution that still has some clout. Don't think it's going to last for long however if they don't right the ship soon...

Yea most of the Miami's tradition is built on hookers and blow in the 80's and less than legal antics after that. When things came crashing down on them in the Larry Coker years, they fell by the wayside. Now they can go back to buying players right out. Besides, a lot of college players are like the pro guys. Couldn't care less about winning, just want to get that check. Of course, there's no salary cap in college so eventually the team able to pay the most to the most talent is bound to win by sheer overwhelming talent if nothing else.

I was confused by that line too. Didn’t know if they meant Pace was de-portaling, a typo, or what was going on.
