Think you might be looking at that wrong...it says 60,182 first year applicants and 4658 incoming first year students but that doesn't mean everyone that was accepted is enrolling. Still an impressive class

but, the 4,658 are the newly enrolled students, much more were accepted and chose to go elsewhere. I'm sure more like 20,000-25,000 were accepted so I'd think the acceptance rate is more along the 35-45% range. In 2022/23 the acceptance rate was 43.0% per my Google search.
