Explain this to me. If we have a hard time getting higher-rated with conventional recruiting, why would we magically be able to get higher-rated recruits in the portal?

He needs to hit the weight room but he’s got skills. Clemson always takes a few guys like this, some pan out, some don’t. No sense in worrying too hard about it.
