Looks much better on him. His neck and shoulders are legit half the size, and much smaller face.
I hadn't kept up much with change of hours, and can't catch it unless I DVR.

Gave up Bread, Sweets and Bourbon and walks 20-45 minutes a day.
He gained about 12 lbs back when he went to Italy, but started losing weight again when he got back.
At the end of 2021, I think he said his Dr had a come to Jesus meeting with him.

When he was at Clemson in college he was skinny as a stick. Glad to see him lose the lbs. I’m sure he feels better, but more importantly more healthy!

He also said at one point he had lost so much he weighed the same as he did when he got married.
As long as he is healthy and happy I am all for what he is doing.

We watched the first three shows and there just didn't seem to have the same vibe the old show did. I believe they are trying to go head-to-head with the SEC talking heads (I refuse to say his name) but I am not sure this combination of co-hosts will work.
I am sure Tre and Taylor will work out in the future on some level. But with the on-camera talent the network already has it would seem they could have pulled in "seasonal" co-hosts such as Eric MacClain or Eddie Royal for football, Kelly Gramlich for basketball, etc. (these are just ideas).
I picked up on something the Commissioner said on his first appearance. He said something to the effect that he had wanted to do a show like this for over a year. My question is who is driving the programming? The powers that be at ESPN or the powers that be in Greensboro?
