With all the excitement right now, let us all take a step back and remember an important fact. A ginger (Micah Rogers) broke into our stadium and cracked Howard's Rock with a hammer, stole a chunk of it, and then threw it away. We have video evidence of him driving up to the stadium and leaving the stadium. He and his equally idiotic father were both arrested, but neither has faced any consequences because the prosecutor is not moving forward with the case, and I'm guessing he hopes it goes away.

that is enough to have a case of simple trespassing. A video would provide proof of that, plus the vandalism. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any proof that the culprit was inside the stadium.

If there is no proof, then let's go ahead and hear that. Right now the case is gathering dust. It's not like any new evidence is going to turn up. Either drop the charges or prosecute.

Why do u need proof just know that we know that the ginger and his sire are guilty! So grab a pitch fork and torch quickly and join in.

as to what is going on. "Proof" of the culprits inside the stadium is essential. We don't know what, if anything, the culprits said during questioning. If there is proof, then the solicitor is not doing his job to schedule a trial.

Member...both big time lawyers, and both care about Clemson (maybe grads b/4 Law School), and imo would love to nail these b*stards..but nO video of them being "inside" stadium due to camera either out of order or not at right angle.
So, it will fester until time freezes over! And, we better hope the security & cover are good Over the remaining piece OR Clemson will be Rockless and without a neat tradition...(Pretty much like the Coots NOW!).
