15? Looks like 25 to me, but I'm no math major.

Sorry for the typo. Top 25 is clearly what I meant.

If the poll really looked like this, I would give up on

college football. How can you justify Mich St 1, with a loss to an unranked team, ahead of other undefeated teams? Ole Miss is better than you give them credit for. I'd make some other small tweaks, otherwise not bad outside of the aforementioned.

When did Michigan State lose to an unranked team this year?

Oh, forgot to mention your comment about Ole Miss. Sorry, but I think this is a very down year for the SEC. The SEC is overrated as a whole. How could you be confident in Ole Miss after almost being upset by Vandy at home? That showed that they will have a hard time making their way to the SEC Championship game this year. I would guess they lose two conference games before its all said and done.

I have a tough time figuring out...

Who truly deserves to be #1.
Michigan St. being #1... I can see that when they beat Ohio State. Right now... eh. They are very good and definitely a top 5 team, but that Oregon win at home doesn't seem that impressive now after what Utah did to them. Baylor's d will continue to be an issue to me. And I'll know what team they really are when conference play begins. UGA... questions at qb and if they can survive playing real teams in the SEC. Mark Richt as their coach is always a concern. I actually might be trending Utah to #1 right now. Beating Michigan will mean a lot by the end of the season and that Oregon result... I never thought something like that would happen in a million years. I think Whittingham is an excellent coach and has big game experience under his belt.
Your poll actually has some outside the box thinking and I appreciate that. The polls this year are going to be hard to create because from week to week there's no telling what will happen. Looking forward to the crazy ride!

It truly is hard to come up with a #1 team at this point. I kept hearing all these pundits discuss who should be where etc etc. I figured I'd give it a try, and this is what I came up with. I could absolutely listen to arguments about who should be higher and lower, but this was my feelings after watching everything this week.

Ohio State will remain #1 till they lose, but Utah should be above UGA after the "A" whipping they put on Oregon. I agree on pretty much everything else.

Honestly West Virginia has looked as good as anybody this year. Wouldn't be surprised to see them beat Baylor or TCU handily
