It is easier to climb to the top than stay there. It is easy to forget what it took to become the best. It is easy to get into a rut of continuing to do what you have been doing. When that happens you stop innovating. Nick Saban changes and keeps new ideas flowing into the program. Brent Venables did an amazing job of building his defenses to the talent he had. Running the same offense for years isn't going to keep you at the top. It needs to be re-energized and have new concepts brought in. And it has to be modified to fit the talent available.
Bringing in BV and Chad Morris put Clemson on the road to greatness. I hope Dabo makes the changes necessary to keep this amazing run going. I hope he keeps us fresh and new. I believe in Dabo. Staying on top means staying as hungry as you were when you were climbing there. I just hope complacency doesn't become the standard.

Or perhaps the 6 year senior Hunter Johnson. Just a thought. Dabo wanted him on the team not as a GA.
