Auburn and their recruiting success and how dirty I think they are.

If you look at where their program should be this year I would compare it to our '09 12-man class. New regime/head coach, "good recruiters" on staff (Napier was retained) and we had the benefit of keeping most of the staff in place. BUT they basically had to start over and play catch-up with a lot of recruiting and we only ended up signing a dozen kids.

Obviously Auburn has the benefit of more recent success but they're coming off a MUCH worse season this year than we were in '09.

I think it's fishy to have a class this amazing during a transition period.

Also, we know they pay players.

Napier, as in Billy? He was at Colorado State last season and is now at Fla State. Never at Auburn.

He was a great recruiter and we had him and Dabo from October to Signing Day yet Malzahn and Co. come in in December and steal some recruits.

It also didn't hurt having Ellis Johnson showing Clowney film, telling them all he was responsible for USuC's success(he is, without him building that defense, OBC is a failure there.)


Not to mention, Au could be up to their "old" tricks. There's a story out there that Alexander is claiming they had lawson call and offer him $$$. The same story has him calling BV and telling him what they're dealing with.
