what say you lunge, should i get a lawyer involved?

i was in a traffic accident back in january, other driver at fault, she had insurance. i went to the emergency room to get a pain in my shoulder checked out, turned out to be nothing but a pulled muscle. now i'm getting daily phone calls from debt collecters on the medical bills. after i told them to stop calling me that the insurance company is handling it now they send me a snail mail every day. this insurance bs is peessing me off!

They tend to wait until they receive all of the bills you receive. Send them (the insurance company) whatever bills you have received and if you have finished treatment, tell them that. They should then pay the hospital.
