I don't need tickets, but I always look to see what others..

are selling them for..
It's a shame what some are trying to sell tickets for. Syracuse? Noon game? 200 a piece? GTFO... some of you should be ashamed.
I know folks who want to go to games but just can't afford it and it's honestly become embarrassing. Shame on some of you.

I would love to go. I would even accept Uppers but I am not paying $200 a piece. Christmas is coming up.

So … I just sold my seats in Section G for:$200 apiece. Let’s do the math. Clemson requires a minimum donation of $900 per seat for these ickets. Divide that by the number of home games and the per seat donation per game is $128. In addition we have to pay the face value of the tickets which is $80. This means the tickets actually cost me $208, so I am selling theme at a loss.

Don’t forget the cost of the seat backs that some pay.

Excellent point. The overall cost of the ticket is $208…

You cannot just take the face value of the ticket as the actual cost required to get said ticket.

The flaw in your math is that some games are worth more than others, so your $128/seat/game is flawed...... marketing forces would apply a +/- multiplier on that figure.
OTOH, this game with 'Cuse is a very important game, so demand should put your per game number higher than $128.
The bottom line is .... "you sold too cheap".

Crazy thing is people will pay it. I had 4 tickets last year to the ACC Championship and was going to sell 2 of them. I put them on stubhub for 175 a piece and forgot about them and then two days before the game they sold for that price. I figured some drunk bought them because all the seats around me were going for 50.

The donation is for your parking spot and the rights to a seat in the same location year to year. Has no value for the guy buying single game tickets

I paid $15 each for that game through the ACC and lunch was included. My son and nephew got to participate in a youth football skills competition. Good memories! Son is now 15, 6’1” and 225lbs, size 15 shoe, and plays DE for his HS. He’s a diehard Tiger fan too!

While gouging is unfortunate, I don’t see buyers insisting on paying face for upper deck Furman tickets

$200/ticket for Top 15 match up is to much??

Those that wait for top rank match ups and complain about pricing should be ashamed.
Where were the people looking for cheap tickets during the Furman game or nearly any game last year?
If you don't like the secondary market pricing join Iptay, buy season tickets, and lock in that low low low face value pricing ?!
