I don't know what's wrong.

I just know something is wrong and I know we all want it fixed. I hope Dabo agrees.

Ball security and red zone errors are what is wrong.

Lost to USUC Jr because of poor ball security, Tennessee for redzone errors, and Duke for a combination of both. If this team can hold onto the ball and execute in the redzone, we will be seeing them in the playoff. This is a great team and they are far more capable then tonight's final score - too early to quit on these Tigers.

I appreciate your sense of not giving up and staying the course but I am having trouble understanding how, knowing the mistakes we made against SC and TN and having all spring, summer and fall to address them, we still wind up looking like nothing has changed. And now, we have only a week between games to figure it out when it seems like we didn't figure it out over a matter of months.

To say we will fix everything and still win 10-11 games just seems a bit far-fetched but I hope you are right and I am wrong.

Yes, I can see half a dozen issues with fundamentals.

Weak tackling, slow footed LB and secondary, Cade not quite living up to expectations but I mean there's a reason for Clemson having these issues.

It looked like the JV team was playing the Senior all stars.

It's not ability, it's a mentality problem with coaches & players and to be honest, that's a lot tougher to fix.

Twice in three years Dabo has no answer for the total unpreparedness of the team to perform on first game day of the season. The culture of eliteness doesn't seem to percolate to the GameDay play on opening day.

It's discouraging as a fan that's been led yo believe the team is built on elite thinking and elite play and find the Emporer not only is naked, but is streaking around the gridiron doing a march at the end of a game when every one of them should have done that at the start of the game.

I really don't care if the team goes on to win 10 games, because they continue to prove clemsoning still exists at some level in the program. That irritating disease of #### poor gameplay when reasonable expectations are too much for the fans to ask of the coaches and elite players.

This is a year in which FSU is likely to give Dabo and the boys total fits if they can't get into true expected form. And if FSU beats them soundly I won't be surprised, because those boys showed up to play LSU. I have no idea if FSU is going to continue to play well, but I know their fans have nothing to be ashamed of from that game.

Our Tigers have egg on their face, and this week is no challenging team, or shouldn't be. Too bad they aren't playing another serious ACC team this week, because I'd like to give them a re-evaluation or a write off for the season, which ever settles early whether the team has any eliteness at all.

The laurels from the Boyd, Watson, and Lawrence years are dried leaves and that tea is now weak. Either Dabo brews up something new, or we can kiss the ACC championship of 2023 goodbye and any eliteness as just more clemsoning.

I don't like being a downer, but I also want some realistic gamesmanship in the Tigers on the field. If we can no longer call them elite, then mediocrity will endure as the norm more often than it should for all the moola being made by Dabo and the coaches in charge of this team.
