7-14 VS. top 25 since 2009

What have we accomplished. Yes we are 25-0 against unranked teams. That's fine and dandy any program with a pulse is suppose to do it. What is our record among ranked opponents, it is 7-14 since 2009. To me if we want to be elite and atop the greats, we can't have this. My 2 Cents.

we had back-to-back 11-win seasons!!! that's totally enough to be considered elite!!!!

Just saying, we believe our program is elite, then we need to show it. i love Clemson with all my heart and soul. This is gotta change, as people had said our talent over sees the crap that CM runs. He needs to get his act together. make a adjustment or change the plays a little. Everyone knows what is coming. It's obvious in every situation. I mean come on do Your JOB. THATS ALL

heart stopping win over Miami in overtime and then more and more wins over top teams. Took a step back this year with injuries and all but we are still on the move from 25 years of sitting still.

Also would like to put that into Top 10.
"Elite teams" are in the top 10. However, if most of the losses are to top 10 teams then it makes it a little different, not "better" but definitely better than a team on the fringe of being ranked or not.

a winning record against top 25 teams since 2009, not many if any. Its fine to want your team to do well but to hold them to standards that no program can accomplish is ridiculous. Of those 14 loses there isn't a game or team that Clemson couldn't have beaten, there are circumstances that have been the reasons why they have loss like Tajh Boyd turning the ball over 4 times or something of that nature but very seldom if ever have they ever just been outmatched. From 2005 to 10/10/2012 South Carolina was 8-24 a .250 win percentage, so like I said very few if any have a winning percentage against top 25 teams. Ask Georgia how they feel about that question. I think your post is not a very smart statement. If Dabo and Co. can swing the FSU and South Carolina outcomes I think you will see that number swing to the positive fairly quickly.

When talent is equal, coaching is a premium. We play two teams a year on a regular basis where talent is equal. How we doin?
