Oh, that's right... They're going to combine it with the rest of the "on-going investigation" and let the statutes run out...again.

Prosecutorial misconduct is going to be a B!TCH if and when there's an AG change. They say T-Rump is "fighting for his life".

I think there is good part of this current administration that feels the same way.

The illegal gun purchase is one they don't prosecute much because the NRA is so against it and there's fear SCOTUS will overturn it. The marijuana cards are not cross-state searchable in every state, so it's possible for someone with a medical marijuana card from NY to buy a gun in SC. Technically that's a felony. The proof of Hunter's habitual use of crack was his book, and that made purchase of a gun illegal.

That was the charge they used to get him to plead guilty to the tax delinquency charges (for the morons everpresent, delinquency and evasion are two different things).

That is so bizarre. The USA for Delaware would somehow know the former state AG for Delaware. Doesn’t it make you feel like an idiot thinking that is out of the ordinary? And that same USA was appointed by Trump and asked to stay on, against tradition, by the father of the former AG?
