What the ham sandwich is Phil Steele? He has us as an upset at Syracuse this weekend. Said we were "in for a letdown " after the FSU game and that we would cave-in "under the pressure quote of "being number 1".
Is he intentionally being a ######, or is he really just that stupid?

Be careful not to bet on covering 28 points though. You all know Dabo will play the 2's and 3's early and often if we get a decent lead.

I did not think so. I think the dude knows more about Clemson football than I do, and I have been following the Tigers for 51 years! Like him or not, he does know college football.

No he was taking Syracuse to cover the spread man. He still thinks Clemson will win, just not be 28.

What he said was that the line is Clemson -28 and because of the emotional let down after FSU we may not beat them by 28 points. So, he's betting Syracuse at +28.
He said nothing about "upset", as a matter of fact he said that he has Clemson on his championship bracket in ink, everyone else in pencil.
I get the 'us against the world' thing....but it isn't the case with Phil Steele.
