Not trying to start something here but I thought our fanbases had alot of respect for one another and got along really well. I pull for a&m as long as they are not playing the tigers. Remember the a&m guy that had a tree planting in memory of his dad on clemsons campus ? Maybe it's just pre game trash talk.

people are getting feisty. for many years and long before your rise to the top, we over at texags.com singled Clemson out as one of the schools most like A&M. i think the other two mentioned most were Auburn and Va Tech.
I think some of the friction is due most to two things:
1). a perception by some Aggies that Clemson arrogantly believes A& M has no business talking about winning this game
and 2) a perception by some Tigers that Aggies are brash and cocky when they come here stating they expect to beat Clemson.
in reality, Clemson is the host and the favorite, and there probably should be some deference as fans bisiting this site. but it’s hard to do sometimes!
I know those of you actually at the game will find 98% of Aggies very polite, friendly, and fun opponents. The other 2% will hopefully be appropriately tsk tsk’d by their fellow Ags.
Oh, and “ BEAT THE HELL OUTTA CLEMSON!”. you’ll hear that once or twice or thirty times from every Ag.

foolishness is for the t-netters that don't know who played on your team, or your mascots name. just funning.
All the Clemson people I know respect aTm - great place to tailgate - was there last year. Good friends Aggies.
