By hiring his friends and alumni? How can he fire his friends or someone like CJ? Not saying CJ needs to be fired, but how could you fire a Clemson legend ?

CJ is not a problem IMO…unknown? Sure…but not a problem yet…

I watch Kiffin’s offenses and am blown away. Look at Arkansas success. Cincinnati. Oregon. Coastal Carolina? What is Wake doing right?

There has to be someone who has the “it” factor for offensive schemes and has proven coaching ability. Then you get a strong line coach to compliment. QB coach too, although not sure if it is Streeter or DJ at this point.

You clear it all with HR and set up the paperwork, then you call him in and let him know.

Joking aside, these are the types of moves the fan base are Ok with. Yes, CJ is a legend here but that was as a player. Once he’s an employee of the program he is expected to do a job and if it isn’t being done effectively you cut ties and move forward.
