not sure CDS will cut Pearman (TE's have been productive under his coaching) loose but maybe let Coach Reed help out with the special teams responsibilities. He has experience i believe. Cant get any worse.

I don't think we need to get rid of anyone. We need to hire a Special Teams coach period. Shane Beamer would have been a good hire but too late now.

but we would need to get rid of someone due to NCAA rules

on number of coaches allowed. Only way we could hire someone and not fire someone is if they agreed to be in an administrative role similar to Brad Scott.
