I was glad to see them move in from fairly and now it’s time to move on from Grice. At this point he’s hurting this lineup.

Man come on. Go look at his stats over his career and how he’s starting this season. He’s definitely one of our weaker hitters on the roster. Not saying he can’t eventually become the star we thought he’d be but as of now he’s very mediocre at best.

What happened to Grice?? As a freshman he was a dead pull hitter and hit solid shots every game, even through the over-shift defenses. Ever since, it seems he has tried to be an off field hitter and has sucked big eggs. Some hitting coach really messed this kid up. Maybe he got married? That would do it!

he gets.thats why he struck out 90 times last year. I was hoping he would improve by this year

Grice a dead pull hitter as a freshmen? What? Are you being for real? Grice prob hit almost half his bombs to the opposite field that year. Also had lots of doubles. Grice hit the other way at an elite level his freshmen year. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Do you not remember the numerous amount of times the Grice just threw his hands out there and barely poked the ball to the left field and it would go out the entire park because of his strength?
