GOR, the conference or ESPN, But here is the question. What difference does it make and why is the GOR worth anything if the ACC is virtually dissolved by all of the top revenue producing teams leaving. Would it not be in their best interest to strengthen the conference by renegotiating and making it more attractive for Notre Dame and maybe robbing another good team from another conference?

Buisness wise it is a balance. Currently you are getting the ACC content for a bargan compared to the B1G/SEC.

If you feel that due to the funding discrepancy ACC teams will no longer produce a quality product then yes it makes sense to bridge the gap to keep the product relevant.

If you feel the ACC will stay relevant until 2036 dispite the discrepancy then it makes sense to keep the existing contract at a fraction of the cost.

If you feel that the ACC will eventually disolve then it might make sense to use the GOR to move key programs to the SEC so that you do not lose those brands long term.

I can't figure out the situation that makes sense to pay Wake Forest enough equal money to attract ND.

Yeah, I understand about Wake Forest, but how much sense does it make to pay Vanderbilt the same as Alabama?

Not saying either is great, but Vandy has almost double the enrollement, is located in a metropolitan area and is #2 most recognizable brand in their state.
