I would fire chad Morris this morning and replace him. Let chad goto Texas tech and get fired for lack of experience.
Go out and hire a solid oc right now that appreciates the 1.3 mil and get this recruiting class under control. End the drama. It sure doesn't bother cm to leave us hanging at a crucial time and heck, Harbison is recruiting our recruits already. It's time to lock everything down and cut these idiots lose. Dabo is a great guy but he needs to stop letting people run over him and the program. But that's me.

I think u send a message that 1.3 is tops in college football N should be appreciated. Who cares if they want to advance their career and move into something better. Good for them. But you don't have to interview with every job that's open like you just can't wait to go. It's an insult. If he wants one that bad, help him. Right now it's a huge distraction. Send a message to the next oc that when the time comes to look around, you better b discreet and not cost us recruits or you better be ready to leave whether you are ready or not. Chad is hurting us more than helping right now and getting paid to do it. How is that ok? End it.

the tejas tech guy flew here. 24 hours in a day, how many do you think he's spent chatting with other school's officials in the last week?
he's doing his job, you can't handle the rumors and what at worst should be a thorn has turned into a briar patch for many.

with NCSU and TTU. That is hardly interviewing for "every job that's open..."
It's not that he just can't wait to go, it's that he wants to be a head coach at a major university. Can you blame him? And cutting him loose for interviewing to be a HC is ridiculous, IMO. If you do that, no coordinator with aspirations of becoming more than a coordinator will EVER want to work for Dabo. And why would Dabo want to cut the talent pool by at least 2/3?

I get what you're saying and unfortunately in today's world it's all about me or getting what I can while I can. You pay a guy a million dollars he's eventually going to want to make two million dollars and then more and so on and that's ok. Gone are the days of having employees that are comfortable and willing to stay. I do think that if you put a coach's situation into "real world" situations Chad Morris would be fired. I'm not knocking the guy but if my boss found out I interviewed for another job he'd have my stuff packed 24 hrs. later. Do you really think your boss respects you for wanting to make more money for someone else? NO.
