A baseball player can hit a ball traveling toward him at 95mph with tens of thousands of fans yelling and hollering all around him and it's no big deal.

A golfer, meanwhile, has to have perfect, absolute silence so he can hit a stationary ball 6ft.

Great Golf Shot names:

- bad shot that somehow makes it on the green.
"Sister-in-law": Too close to a hole that you shouldn't be.

- great shot that comes up short in a hazard
"Mother-in-law": Looked great leaving but didn't go far enough.

- Laying up to save par
"Condom": didn't feel good, but it was safe.
