Go tigers beat Tarheels! Question on tickets through iptay for ACC Champ

Does anyone’s tickets on their iptay account say not available yet to be managed? It has the event and tickets listed but I can’t transfer them

I had the same problem yesterday. I finally found an email from IPTAY that said you have to download the ACC app and use you Clemson Ticketmaster login to see and download/transfer your tickets from the ACC app. Albeit aggravating with the rigamarole, that worked for me. Good luck and go Tigers!!!

Thanks so much for your help I will try that. Yeah I am trying to get them downloaded in wallet and then of course started to worry. Wanted to make sure that is was taken care of before we head that way. Go Tigers!!!
