FSU National Championship scenario

One loss Texas beats Washington. One loss Bama beats Michigan. Texas and Bama play in the One-loss Bowl. FSU beats one loss and season long No 1 UGA. The CFP will do what they do and have compromised their integrity, but why would AP and Coaches Poll not vote the ONLY undefeated team as National Champs and regain their relevance in the football world?

You do realize FSU is already No. 3 in the coaches poll. If Mich and Wash lose( not far fetched at all) why would the Coaches move their No. 3 to No 1? Far more likely than you want to admit.

They have no chance. None. The winner of the final playoff game will be the national champ. You have a better chance of winning the lotto than FSU has of winning the national title.

The college football world doesnt care as much as our fans on thise site. The consensus in the media is that the right call was made. The winner of the playoffs will hoist the national title trophy on the spot just like we did and will be celebrating. Thats a 100% guarantee.

I believe one of the polls agreed to follow the final results of the CFP, but the other doesn’t have that arrangement. Can’t recall which one is which.
