The name should be engraved inside the ring. And maybe you can use the alumni directory to contact him.
If not the alumni center should help (or just try Google).

I found a Furman University ring several years ago in Clemson. The guy got his Masters degree from Clemson. I contacted Furman alumni association and they put the guy in touch with me. Ring returned.

That happened to me the 2nd day I had mine in '99!!! But high-fiving my friend & classmate Ben Faulk (forestry) before halftime....
Got everyone close to look around for it, but nothing.
Then near the end of the game, he was retucking his shirt in (button-up) because it kept feeling funny & pulling in the back...then like miracle it klangt on the aluminum seat & jingled onto the stadium floor!
I had written it off basically in my head, but instead had it resized!!! Plus we won the game! ??

Funny thing is that was section N as well...our families lifetime donor seasons tickets since my dad finished in '65, just to the right of the portal - what a coincidence. Lol

My sister let me know she picked up my ring from you today.
I told everyone at work about my lost and found experience. Most said that was the most incredible thing they've heard in awhile. Most are not tiger fans. All the tiger alums just nodded and said that's how we are.
Proud to be a tiger. Proud to be associated with a school where traditions are cherished.
