just like everyone outside of the SEC.
Its ridiculous that the SEC teams get as much of the benefit of the doubt as they do. LSU, USCe, UGA, UF, TAMU played nobody out of conference. The only losses those teams have are to each other, but how do you know how good those teams are compared to others in the country?
It just seems wrong that South Carolina can lose two games, but beat up on ECU, UAB, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, and still be seen as a top 10 team just because they lost to LSU and Florida.
The game in two weeks will be big not only for Clemson, but for the almighty reputation of the SEC.

The fact that computers should not be a part of it......whay ever kind of program they use I'm sure can be manipulated to put out the results they want......other than that.ole jumbo was just running his mouth.

When CU has to play 3 top 10 teams in a row you will see why. Clemson only has to get up for 2 big games a year. The rest should be a cake walk.

So you go out beat a bunch of crap, lose to two of the three best teams you play and that makes you #9? Nonsense.

I do agree to a certain extent. You would have to have your 1st team in for the whole game putting as many points on the board as possible, and racking up as many yards as possible, etc, etc. Then there's the weather factor...rain, snow, heat...domed facility, etc...too many variables. I remember while at Clemson, we had about 5 games in the rain and mud...we did well that season....it got to be, if it was raining, Clemson was going to win, nicknamed, "The Mudders". (Probably, the cleats worn then would be illegal now). Those kind of factors are not figured in...how would you? Look at the scores, every team performs differently against different schemes. 'no easy answer.
