pick in the draft to get DA or wait and try to get him in FA? I'm thinking about picking him up, at least as a backup. Luck has to throw it to someone and all the reports on DA have been pretty positive. He seems like he could have one of those surprising rookie seasons with Freener getting all the attention.

I know its hard not to go after CU players because you know them. However, I wouldnt waste any time going after a rookie TE behind a rookie QB.

If it somehow helped DA, it would be different.

FA for sure. i'm in a 12 team league on espn fantasy. both fleener and allen are still on fa after the draft. so i'd go with waiting. i'd take fleener over allen.

Through! But I've also won my last three FF leagues. And I'm not trying to blow my own doogan, but the reason I haven't let emotion get in the way. DA is looking at a season of 24-30 receptions and maybe 2-3 touchdowns. They are going to use a two TE setoften, but that with Luck learning the system, the Colts aren't going to through 40 times a game like they did with Peyton. If you're looking for a good dark horse TE, look at Greg Olsen at Carolina. He'll probably be the 5th TE taken in most draft, but I expect him to put up big numbers in 2012! Good Luck!
