Feels a little strange. Maybe I have become a little bit spoiled. For me, though it's not even about the losses so much as to how we are losing.
We have a very good defense with an offense just about the worst in the country with an second team that 50% of college teams would trade their first team for...
I remember when Dabo took over the first thing he did was fire Rob Spence who had worse players and a better offense let's be honest.
I am not saying that Dabo is going to make any coaching changes this offseason but I do think that he is not afraid to do what it takes to fix this offense.
He just isn't going to air it out in the media. That's a smart move. I have confidence that whatever it is he needs to do, he will do it.
I hate to borrow a phrase from our chicken friends but wait until next year?

Maybe Fla beats Georgia? I doubt it, but that would be great. That wouldn't be exactly on the line for Georgia, but that could knock Georgia out with a loss to Bama. Would a 2 loss Georgia be out?

Yes definitely. That'd be 2 losses with no championship. Cincy is in. With the rankings, they're pretty much quarrentee that b1g team is in. So Bama, Cincy, Mich, Oklahoma/Oregon. I say Oregon unless Oklahoma is undefeated. 1 loss Oregon gets in over 1 loss Oklahoma.

The 8 team playoff would just be a business decision. It's about TV revenue.

I would not bet the farm in Florida beating Georgia.
And I would not bet on Alabama beating Georgia.
It is just my opinion, but top to bottom, I think Georgia is the best team in the country. They may not have that one or two stand-out player, but overall they play as well as anybody in the country each week. I mean their closet game they played was against us ,and if we had any decent offense(which we do not)who knows how the outcome would have been.
So no matter what happens between UGA ,and Florida, all we can do today is win our game against the Noles.

I think Georgia or Bama wins it all and I don't think anyone in college football has a chance other than those 2 if they are in the playoff. That said, if Georgia somehow lays an egg and has turnovers etc etc and loses today, that would mean that either Georgia or Bama will be a two loss team for the season. Go Gators!!

This Georgia team seems different. They look like a Saban team - focused every week. The Dawgs could still choke or lay an egg but right now it looks like their year.

Yes sir, it's a very sad time for Tiger nation when we have to say, wait till next year, but, that's about all we can say right now with the only thing left for this team to work hard for is a descent bowl game!!!!
