My Mom had it. They just released her a few days ago free from COVID. The next day she crashed her car going about 10 mph. The cop who called me said she thought the year was 1944 and was delirious. She is back in the hospital on an IV and antibiotics. She went downhill fast. She was totally normal 5 weeks ago. It's scary.

Still in the hospital. She has an infection in her chest that is getting better. On Monday I was told she would be going home in a couple of days and was progressing. I spoke with nurse yesterday an she said there will be a few more days. I just put in my mind that she will be back home by Sunday. Thanks for asking.

It's good she is leaving there alive, but I am not encouraged. They say she will now need oxygen whenever walking around. She also needs physical therapy for motor skills. She also can't walk up stairs anymore. It's bad. She was fine 6 weeks ago. I am just going to have her move in with me. She is going to need too much help. I went and got a new TV today, a really nice on, and set her up. I even got a nice mini fridge for her room, a cool retro one. She has a private bath. I will have 3 dogs at my place and I will be busy doing everything. Walking them etc. She is months away from being fine, if ever. Just glad she isn't staying there.

She was totally normal 6 weeks ago. Right now I am having her give me a call so I know she can call me if there is an emergency and I am not around. She has been on her phone for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to call me. She can't figure it out.
