I think it was right after Obama and Biden dropped tons of cash on them.

Or, right after Biden sent cash to Hamas a few weeks ago, ironically a few days before they had a new cache of rockets. Prob a coincidence though.

You do realize we didn't just give them cash, right? Most of it was frozen assets that were held abroad that we released back to them. The other portion was debt we owed for not supplying military equipment that they paid for.

Makes me realize how great it was to kick the Shah out and replace him with a theocracy. This was not the change I think most of us were looking for.

This is a most unfortunate comparison of the Iranian parliament to the “Frozen Chosen.”

However, to the Brits during the Revolutionary War, they might have concurred with the comparison.
