“or somewhere else where they will appreciate me..but I will be coaching somewhere” was a bit bothering & telling too.

Never heard his loyalty to Clemson phrased in a “Less Than 100% Loyal” comment (in frustration) which hinted that in his mind another gig would be a possibility if things exploded here..sooner or later down the road.

So, he’s NOT 100% Clemson but a hired FB HC (just like John Heisman was & left for more $ at GT)..

or should he be 100% Clemson since he’s not a grad but an Alabama grad, and we should understand that loyalty to them.

Saying, Dabo has job options. He’s done a marvelous job here and hope he stays here much longer!

i support Clemson University and I'll receive the next coach of my University (not Dabo's) just fine WHENEVER that may be

But if he can’t handle high expectations in exchange for his eight figure salary, and he wants to go somewhere else where he is “more appreciated,” then I hope he moves on.

Clemson football will be fine regardless.

Where is he thinking he can go and be paid 10 mil a year that will not hold him accountable? Alabama?

I don't think he has to get another $10-$11 million job after this. Shoot, he can happily retire or get a television job and critique football programs.

Broadcasters wouldn't hire him. He runs his mouth too much. He'd be fired quickly.

This isn’t the first thing he’s threatened to leave when people suggest he’s anything less than perfect. He has insecurity issues if you ask me

I've heard other coaches say similar things over the years. I don't think its a sign of disloyalty. He's simply saying if his superiors no longer want him here, he'll move along and do just fine. I wish Tyra would move along. Maybe it was really Paul Finebum.

I suspect that he regrets saying what he did. I also feel like true feelings are expressed and are less calculated when angry. Expression of anger is a sign of weakness that we all have. I hope he reflects and grows from that interaction and most importantly remains our HC
