Dabo is looking forward to playing UGA right out of the gate

The Tigers will be ready for showtime in Atlanta! If we can come out of there with a win it will help our chances of being in the playoffs because our ranking will soar and it will build confidence in Cade, the OL and the WR’s.
Hopefully we stay healthy and don’t get beat up like we did in the 10-3 game where DJ tossed a gift/bone to the dogs 🐶!
If we play to our potential we could come out a big winnner!
We will likely play a conservative game and depend on our defense, of course I’d like to open the offense up and blow them out too.
What do you think will be the outcome?

Just hope we show up ready for battle. Last season, we showed up at Duke wholly unready to play the game. We had no functional offense or kicking game. Hopefully we will be ready this year or the results wont be pretty

I will not be able to look up in the sky and see the Goodyear Blimp as I did in Durham to begin 2023 football!
I hope the QB position, and entire passing game, has improved!

We have an experienced Cade and hopefully some better ways of stretching the field with Tyler, Antonio, TJ & Mr. Wesco.
I believe our OL will be better with the coaching they receive too.

full attention. Heck, we almost beat them a couple years ago with a very rough offense and QB performance. I'm hoping that Cade really hunkers down with another year under his belt and is ready to play! And I'm hoping Georgia takes a little bit of time to figure out all the new pieces they have.

We haven’t played a team on their level in a long time. We also don’t typically start seasons well, and instead seem to play relatively poorly in the early games.

Cade's arm has to get a lot stronger and more accurate. He has read and react a lot quicker as well. Our offensive line......we need to pray all game long. Defensively and as an entire team we have to get stronger and bring these dudes to the ground effectively and efficiently.
Georgia and Kirby is going to want to try to prove a point in Atlanta....Mark it.
This is our early championship game.... don't kid yourselves.

That has nothing to do with it.....he needs to make decisive quick decisions and not stare down receivers as well as the oline not being paper thin and giving him some protection.

Our performance against Kentucky doesn't fill me with optimism. UGA beat them 51-13. It will require Cade, WRs, and OL to be elite, which is something we haven't seen yet.
I think the defense will slow UGA down. However, I anticipate our OL will look like it did in the opener in Charlotte in 2021. We've signed some elite WR, but will they be ready week 1? Cade will have to have a major transformation in the off-season in order to win.
Our hopes are that the offense improves significantly and is ready to face one of the most talented teams in CFB. I'm not feeling great about it. But we're more talanted than any other team on our schedule, so the UGA game will not break us.

If Dabo is looking forward to this game it’s just because he wants to get it over with.
We ain’t blowing nobody out. Did you watch our offense last year? 16 points against Second Chance U says it all.
We are at least 2 years away from being able to contend with an elite program. If UGA comes out flat and we play our best game offensively we might have a chance.

If Dabo is looking forward to this game it’s because he believes we have a chance to win and set the tone for a great season and possibly start another great run. Anyone who thinks he would be just looking forward to getting it over with hasn’t been paying attention for the last 10 years or so.

I think the new coaches on the staff will have them ready to play. I look for it to be a competitive game from both teams. Getting Georgia early in the season will also help us. I'm picking Clemson in a thriller. Go Tigers!!! Beat Georgia!!!

Considering we refuse to add any transfers to address roster issues, I expect a similar quality team to the last three seasons. We'll be pretty good, but not top-10 good.
UGA will likely be once again one of the best teams in the country. They recruit at the highest level and bring in very talented transfers to fill holes.
I'm worried this game will show us all how far we've fallen from the elite programs in the country.

I am fully prepared to be taken to the woodshed. Kentucky win was nice/exciting/stressful, but let’s be real about that performance and what could possibly be projected from it. I’m not optimistic. Hopeful maybe. But I suspect — like with The Chad — we’ll know what we’ve got 15:00 in.

My thinking is that when early in the season, teams play that are rivals due to conference, rankings, geography or whatever the underdog plays harder. Clemson wins a close one.
