Dabo Has Proven He Can Find Great Coordinators!

When Chad Morris Left, our offense got better and we went to the playoffs for the last 3 straight years.

When Dabo fired Kevin Steele, Dabo hit another home run with Venables.


When there is panic at losing coordinators, you are expressing no faith that Dabo can find a suitable replacement.


I have no doubt for the last several years that Dabo has had a stack of resumes with very capable coaches that he has been evaluating and has probably been speaking with knowing the day would come when hi children (Coordinator) will leave the nest to make their mark in college football.

If Clemson is breading ground for Head Coaches things are good because we are elite

Imo, Dabo would rather train an OC than hire one.

He's obviously one of the best at evaluating and signing offensive talent.

I'm not worried in the least,Dabo will do what he always does and make the right hires if needed.

It's no different than in the business world. A good manager always has a succession plan well before anyone leaves or is promoted. I'm sure Dabo has a good list of folks if and when a coordinator makes a move.
