Good win for the Tigers. Maryland is in a woeful spot. I cannot emphasize enough how much Shuey means to this D. The kid is EVERYWHERE. I love what he brings.
Tajh, in my opinion, is the best pure passer in college football right now. The throws he makes are consistently very very good.
I hope that before we play USuC they tip the officials off about their players extracurricular activity. They shove and mouth on both sides of the ball every play.
Spencer Benton drilled that 61 yarder earlier this year but that 55 yard attempt was NOWHERE near going through. Seems that even kickoffs are shorter than earlier this year.
Awesome catch by Humphries. Awesome.
O Line still has some sketchy mments but overall have done a really nice job. D Line has come a LONG way.
Great job by A&M. Bear in mind that when they screwed Ok St. last year it took away our chance to see a really high powered offense (A&M is good but not like Ok St last year)against LSU. Bama should fall 6-7 spots at LEAST. That was a HOME loss.

It was just a hard fought SEC loss. There are no home and away games for these teams just hard nosed ,blood,guts and sweat battles. Every team has what is called SEC field advantage. Thers is no such thing as a good football team unless you wear the mighty SEC logo on your uniform.

In all seriousness I was on a national message board the other day and was posting with several different SEC fans. What you said about not being worthy unless you are in the SEC is absolutely their mindset.

Home loss was Hugh.I think Bama drops to #9.
BCS standings( the only one that really matters now) should have K.State,Oregon,Notre Dame and UGA all move up one spot taking #1 thru #4).Florida was 6th in the BCS,but struggled at HOME ,but winning.LSU,and the coots both won,but Louisville lost so they probably drop even farther than Bama,and now having no chance at the BCS N.C.FSU stays at #10.
The officals at the USC Arkansas game did call 3 personal foul penalities on Swearinger,but mouthing off won't usually draw a penalty.Besides most good teams mouth off at some point in a game.
I don't know if Tajh is the best pure passer in college football right now.He throws a good ball,but at times can both overthrow,skip a pass,or throw off the wrong foot.But when he is on,he is definitly top 5.
Record or not(ACC 61 yarder) 55 yard field goals are not the norm.
O-line need to run block better,D still has a problem tackling at times.Will need both to be much better against the coots in 2 weeks.

We've played some pretty bad teams the last few weeks. The competition gets better in the next two weeks. We still have room for improvement on both sides of the ball. GO TIGERS!!

well said , only bama won't fall as far as they should..... tigers are up there w/ k-state and oregon at skill positions with their top heisman candidates..(although johnny football sure put on the show in tuscaloosaa ) EXCEPT for the very things you mention that the tigers need to "shore -up"
