Considering programs are bringing in over 100M in revenue these numbers look very low. Also interesting to see Clemson so high when we hand out far less offers.

These numbers are smoke and mirrors.

It depends on how the schools calculate expenditures.

One school(Clemson) may include the cost of using the school airplane for travel while another school does not.

This is not an accurate indicator of recruiting expenditures.
