Despite a double-digit spread, 247Sports analyst Josh Pate isn't fazed on Clemson-Georgia being a blockbuster matchup:

"Georgia is a minus 12.5-point favorite over Clemson. Clemson OC Garrett Riley and quarterback Cade Klubnik are in year two together. Georgia is a mainstay. They're in this position every year. It's a virtual home game. I do not believe Clemson is a tier-one team right now. This won't be lopsided. If Clemson is changing the narrative and has shored up a lot of their inefficiencies, all of a sudden, this is a dogfight. This is a very, very important game for the Clemson program. This is not important for Georgia's program. It is very important for Clemson's program."

Anyone who says this game: "is not important for Georgia's program" is a moron and knows nothing about UGA Football. Completely laughable.
