Oregon is one of the few teams with a better offense than Clemson now, why would they pay at least an extra million for our OC?

Oregon can afford anybody they want at any level from any school.
NC State passed on Chad this year. Texas Tech as well. Why would Oregon hire him as HC ?
Now perhaps "Nike U" could afford to buy Chad out of his OC job at Clemson and hire him as OC ...
