PJ may be the guy that gets us going in an upward trajectory. PJ could have went most anywhere and chose to believe in BB. You can see how much he has meant to CBB and vise versa.

He certainly has meant an incredible amount to this team and to our program. Kudos to his parents for raising this fine young man, and kudos to Coach BB for recognizing it. This is coming from a guy who has not been very happy with Coach BB a lot of the last few years. Maybe this is that spark we need to turn the corner and become a real perennial factor in college basketball.

That to me is why he has been here as long as he has. And it is so great to have him tell the world how great PJ is as a person, not just a player. PJ is a difference maker not only on this team but for this program and in life. I predict one day he will be back at Clemson helping lead this program.
