Being short of the 85 scholarships is a total failure in roster management

There is absolutely no excuse for this and as we saw this year, depth is very important! Keep thinking winning 2 Nattys means we can do no wrong. If we fail to have 85 legit kids on scholarship, we absolutely deserve to be called out for that! I hope we get it fixed. Portal time!

scholarships. NFL only has 45 man roster. Given "covid" year kids get, portal, NIL - lot of schools are having to navigate this. Its doubtful someone in the portal wants to transfer to Clemson to sit on the bench. They are in the portal because they want to play. Not many starting positions open on our roster.
While I think we are low, I don't think it is end of world. We should be ok next year and will have a huge class for 2022.

That is ridiculous. How have you missed a new invention called the Portal. You need a new team to trash.

I'm sure they are looking at the portal. No need to get your panties in a wad just yet. Recruiting has not ended. We have until February.

Get the right players and you don't need 85.

Dabo is the reason for any and all losses

always. He is the HC..
Players get credit for wins coaches take blame for losses.
This is standard .. or at least it use to be.

Deserve to be called out? You don’t deserve to call anybody out.. But hey who knew they would quit have rules in the NCAA and players can just transfer out? Who knew which players would transfer out! Just stop griping and complaining all the time! Dabo and his staff are the best of it can be fixed it will be! If it can’t it won’t! Either way you don’t deserve anything!

Got til Feb..more recruits and some transfers will happen. This is like getting upset being down 3-0 5 mins into a game.

We should be signing about 10 to 12 - two star recruits , or Portal discipline problem kids, or another teams 3rd or 4th team players who played on an inferior team. That will work.
