BBQ in Hendersonville?

So we are going on our annual apple picking trip today and everybody wants bbq. We’ve tried flat rock wood room several times and it good. Was wondering if there are any other good ones around there. TIA in advance.

Saluda is a cool village. When I was a kid it was just a wide place in the road. Once the home of Perry Como. Now a trendy art colony.

I will second ‘85 and Rebel’s recommendations. I also think the rain is s’posed to end around 11ish, but it’s coming down pretty good (in Zirconia) right now….

We went to Jeter two years ago. We really enjoyed it. We are going back to stepps again this year. The problem is there’s 4 families involved in the picking and choosing. If it was up to me and my wife we’d go back to Jeter. We are heading up that way now, I’ll report back on whatever food choice we make.
