What is so hard to understand. We sh!t the bed at least once or twice a year. Where is this world beater confidence coming from. A portion of tiger fans have had this confidence and condescending demeanor since I watched Danny and Co. Earn it 30+ years ago. Just not sure why we are so dang cocky after playing a DII team. Don't get me wrong, I love my Tigers. I just thing a portion of our fanbase tend to be overconfident. Flame away. Whatever. Just calling a spade a spade.

It's really #### hard to understand how FANS ON A MESSAGE BOARD CAN AFFECT HOW OUR TEAM PLAYS. THIS IS A MESSAGE BOARD AND IT WAS HIS OPINION ON ANOTHER TEAM.
I mean just "calling a spade a spade," and all but whatever is posted on this message board has zero affect of our team "getting over the hump."

Obviously. fans don't affect how the team plays. However, when coaches get cocky, I'd say our players listen.

Of course he's not. We have seen Dabo get a little too confident mid-season, haven't we? Nothing to do with tigernet. I'm just saying that it's ridiculous to predict title contender type stuff after week 1.

I hear ya. I just get tired of some fans spewing junk. Anyone who has ever played (or followed) a whole season of football should know how this stuff works. So much of football is between the ears.

It'll be a tough game. Jeremy Johnson certainly helped them a good bit by throwing 3 picks and sucking overall. I think Auburn is more of a 18-25 type team than a championship contender. Not at all impressed with Louisville's OL or QB, though, and losing Quick hurts.

Really??? It was the first game of the season!!! Neither team looked particularly good. Our Tigers on the other hand did a great job of getting meaningful snaps for 13 true freshman and the rest of the 2nd and 3rd string. Great game plan, so proud of our Tigers today.
