at NC State game tomorrow..

I know it still early January, but if ever there was a must win it is this one. We should win, but the key word is should. As bad as NC State has been they also are just coming off their best win of the season at Virginia Tech on Tuesday. they have a great scorer in Sebron who is bad match up a 6-7 guard. This would be the first real bad loss of season and probably drop our NET ranking to 65 or higher. Considering we need to win probably 13 ACC games to even be considered for the NCAA we can't lose this one...

We need to play good defense and not give them more confidence coming off a win.

Looks like NC State fans think that Brownell is decent and probably can stay here as long as he wants to since we are a football school. See Link:

Based on the last 2 the team that beat Va can win. The team that lost to Va can't. Sadly they are the same team.

Agree, feels like a turning point game. That comment about if Brownell has a losing record against those 3, he and AD should be pistol whipped is hilarious. Actually most of the comments could have come from here.

I know what you're saying about bad losses but the way we lost winnable games is atrocious. All teams will usually have a bad loss, that's why we needed a couple of the better losses to be wins to even it out.

Looks like you nailed it in preseason. As goes Dawes and Hall, so goes Clemson. Hall had a pretty bad game Tues. UVA had a good plan for us and we didn't adjust. We don't maximize each possession and sadly that's on Brad. With new AD, time to move on in both men and women bball.

Agreed

This is a bad NC State team - worse a bad defensive team that struggles to keep folks under 80 points. Decent offensively. Dropped the last four home games in Raleigh (grated one was against Purdue)including Wright State.
