Dabo is loyal, but he knows at least 1 Assistant Offensive Coach has to go. The two most underachieving position groups on the team are WR and QB. I'm putting my money on Grisham being the guy. Considering the lack of development of the WRs the last couple years along with lack luster recruiting and talent evaluation at the position, he makes the most sense to go. He probably wants to give Streeter the opportunity to work with Cade when Cade knows he's the man. If he can get Jeff Scott back, he probably makes him and Streeter Co-Offensive Coordinators.

The WR coach should be gone and the bald headed high school coach Dabo made "passing game coordinator" should for sure be gone.
