When will the ACC institutions push for a new commissioner?

Can the new ACC Commissioner drop the 3rd Tier rights and renegotiate TV contracts?

Can we make ND a deal they can't refuse to persuade them to ACC?

Its no big secret the SEC is interested in getting a foot into North Carolina. I say give them UNC and negotiate for Georgia. OK I know that one is far fetch but it sounded really good.

Last, is there any other conference we can partner with for bowl game?

It may well be that Swofford has skrewed the pooch and signed an ironclad contract with Raycom that cannot be breached. First thing we need to do is get a hold of the Raycom contract and analyze it.

2. I doubt it
3. No.
4. Very far fetched
5. The Big 16,(Byrnes,Gaffney,Spartanburg,Dorman,Summerville,etc....they are pretty dang strong)

who are you going to partner with? Conf USA?

In the last year both the Pac12 and B1G along with the SEC/Big12 have both announced agreements to either partner with each other OR furthered their partnerships with cross scheduling. The ACC is on the outside looking in everywhere you look.

Do ACC member institutions have any legal rights to sue swofford/ACC for the TV contract negotiations? While this does not involve any government contracts, there does seem to be some nepitism/outside influence that put all member institutions in a much riskier situation.
