but the NCSt. loss didn't help, and they've really only played us.
I think Clemson and UGA should be closer in the rankings

had we won that game we'd be in the top 10, probably top 6 or 7.
but since we've only played ONE "Real team" and lost to them by double digits, we are #19.......you may can make an argument for us to be a few spots higher.......(14-16), but i can't fault the BCS for putting us at 19 when we lost the one game we've played.
that being said we may have an overall weak schedule, but all we can do is BEAT the teams we play if we went 11-1 with a win over top 10 USC team it will all work itself out.
It's not so much that our schedule is keeping us from being ranked higher..........it's b/c we lost to the one good team we've played. Small margin of error when playing a weak schedule........gotta take advantage of the good teams we do play

we've had some big missed opportunities in the games since FSU that have kept us from "blowing them out"

i was mainly stating that outta my frustration of having the last two games be too close for too long.......i can see us staying the same, but dropping each week i disagree with.......again though all we have to do is win......we are FAR BETTER than everybody left prior to USC........and if we're the "team we think we are" at that point then just beat USC and the rest will take care of itself

the one "credible" team we've played so far..........who has since lost to a not so good NCSt team.
Auburn has absolutely tanked it and really the only team we have left to play with any credibility whatsoever is South Carolina.
honestly there's no excuse to enter the South carolina game ANY WORSE than 10-1.........if we do then we've, what many people would say "pulled a clemson" along the way

The combined record of the 4 teams we played is 10-15 and no I don't count Ball State and Furman. We play in one of the weakest conferences in college football. We have struggled in just about every game and our defense statistically is ranked toward the bottom even though we are in one of the weakest conferences in the country.

The teams we have beaten are a combined 10-22 right now. That is why we are down in the rankings. We lack strength of schedule.
