Anyone else pumped to see C. Wilkins at strongside DE

IMHO, he was 2nd best player on team last year after Sir Deshaun even with our defensive studs in draft. If Wilkins has the speed to play DE, with a speed rusher on the weakside, Clemson will be scary headed into Auburn game. Anyone agree?

I would guess that he would play defensive end on first and second downs and defensive tackle on passing situations

At his size, he had ridiculous speed and quickness. It's just not fair.

i believe our best whole DL on the field will involve wilkins at SDE. our DTs>DEs right now for current ability & depth.
& yes- on 3rd down move wilkins to DT, still a decent pass-rusher but hopefully we´ll have better edge rushers

I'd put Lawson/Mac/& Dodd ahead of Wilkins last year

I think we should let him run in a few TDs from the 1-2 yard line this year.

That play changed the momentum of the entire game and Chokelahoma never recovered. Until that happened I was really uncomfortable by what I was seeing.
