Anybody predicting a close game Saturday?

All of our predictions have been big margins thus year, and every game has been close except BC. Anybody think this one will be tight?
I'm still saying 34-21. Not a huge margin, but big enough to be comfortable. I say the team goes out there like the score is 0-0 every drive and push the ball like there's 2 minutea left in the game

I hope it's not close but I could see a quick passing game from Syracuse giving us fits for a while. Clemson has yet to have that Miami type of game this year so who knows. I wish Clemson would win by a comfortable margin though to give my heart a break

Sure 56-10 doesn't have quite the same ring as 58-0, but considering BC's top 10 defense, it's extremely impressive in its own right.
I'm not necessarily including you in this generalization, but it seems like the dominant performance we had against BC on the road has been overlooked quite a bit.

This game needs to be over with 2 minutes to go,in the first half that is.
Won't be because Syracuse has a potent offense, but Clemson wins by 17.

garbage offensive line. The score could really vary but I like us to win big. NC state is a decent team and we all know NC state plays way above their skill level against highly ranked competition. That coupled with an unbelievable amount of turnovers and points left on the field was a recipe for disaster against a team we would have blown out without all the costly mistakes. Syracuse is a worse version of NC state with a much worse offensive line and no where near the talent NC state has at running back. If we limit our turnovers it will be a blowout.

I disagree with a lot of this post. We are a worse version of NC State? Our offense makes them look like molasses. All that being said, you're gonna kill us. haha

That's a real problem for you guys because our strength is getting after the QB. I think you guys may have better receivers but your running back isn't as good as NC states but that's because NC state actually has a very good back in Dayes. I'm honestly not sure what to make of your defense. I want to say your defense is worse than NC states but we rolled up half a thousand yards on NC State and both defenses have been really bi polar making it hard to say which one is better for sure. How do you feel about your defense?

We're gonna blow out Auburn, Troy and NC State. No... We escaped with close ones.
We're gonna be close or even on upset alert in GT and Boston College games. Boom! We blew them out.
For this reason, a lot of people feel this could be a closer game.

Someone earlier said it will be either 30 or 3; that there doesn't seem to be an in between for us this year. I agree with that statement. Either we win comfortably or we have another nail-biter. I'm praying for the comfortable win.

Imo, Dabo uses game situations and final scores to handle team emotions. We've not played a game this season that our coaches didn't have plenty to teach from the film.
I'm not saying the coaches call plays expecting them to fail but they seems to be able to make the right calls when we need it the most. Dabo says 'every play should be a touchdown.' I think that's how they draw the plays up but they know where our weaknesses lie and have no delusion about those particular plays resulting in six points.
I also believe the overall process is to perfect more plays by calling them until they are run to perfection during a game. We don't seem to see as many back shoulders to Williams as we did a few weeks ago. Should we think we've abandoned a play which results in a sure first down?
We seldom run the jet sweep and most of the 'eyecandy,' is missing from our games now days. Frankly, I believe we could score a ton of points on Cuse but I think our coaching staff would rather practice some of the stuff that we need to work on the most.
Cuse doesn't have a defense to stop Clemson and we have a bunch of underclassmen that need on the job training.

I think this team comes out red-hot after the close game vs NCSt and then if win over FSU. Just like we did after the big win vs Louisville, Clemson wins 42-17.
I think after that close call vs NCSt, our boys are gonna play with a vengeance, to be sure that does not happen again.
