Fine. Let them share in the revenue that they help generate. No subsidies either. So football and men’s basketball players get paid. Any teams that I have omitted? No title IX on this one either. I don’t know of a woman’s sport that makes money. Don’t hate on me either. Notice that I am female…

Just a matter of time before this suit was brought. It seems probable that they will be successful. When I saw the NCAAs proposal earlier this week, I read it as a Hail Mary with future legal challenges. Seems like we are getting ever closer to further consolidation, clean break from NCAA, player contracts and unionization.
